Remain calm, I've got this.

Recently the Queensland Government has decided to roll back the amount of cash incentive for the First Home Buyers Grant by 25%. $20 000.00 to $15 000.00, specifically as of July 1st 2018.

This is a big hit to the new home buyers who are counting on every cent to get them over the line.

I would ask you to consider that this can be addressed with some adjustments to how ( and who) to apply with borrowing for the rest.

I have access to a specific lender that will consider borrowed funds as part( or most of, if not all) of the deposit and this can be from a personal loan from family or friend or even a special home deposit personal loan( limit is $50 000.00 over 5 years).

If you can still service the home loan and the personal loan effectively you can easily bypass the the first home buyers reduced amount and get the home of your dreams very quickly. Established and existing older homes are also eligible under this loan for the borrowed deposit.

I am happy to take inquires about this loan set up via email : info@ahlsfinance.com or just call me on: 0405 476 765.

Remember, I have your back on this and I will do my utmost to help.
