Home buying strategy with government support for today.

Home buying strategy with government support for today. I want to be concise and efficient, so I will highlight items.

First Home Loan Deposit Scheme- This is a limited, first come, first served scheme which suitable first home buyers can use 5% deposit and not have to pay for Lenders Mortgage Insurance ( that runs into many thousands). You can use this for a brand new/construction or a established home. If it is for a new/construction deal, this can be bundled into the First Home Buyers State and Federal Grants as well. Contact me if you want to establish whether you qualify.

Federal Home Builder Grant- Home- Provides eligible owner-occupiers (including first home buyers) with a grant of $25,000 to build a new home or substantially renovate an existing home. This cannot be used as a deposit and be provided in later stages of the construction. It is pending based on State partnership agreements.

Qld State Government First Home Owner Grant- Provides First Home Buyers $15,000 towards the purchase of a new or to construct a new home under the value of $750,000. Ready to go now. Not recommended to be used as a deposit, when approved( still possible), it will be administered during the process of settlement, construction or presentation of final certificate for owner builders.

Regional Home Building Boost Grant- This is for applicable regional cities and towns. Another $5000 is contributed into the Qld First Home Owners Grant to encourage home construction outside of the capital city.

This is a lot of money on the table that is available for the right buyer. Get in touch if you want to be sure if you are eligible.
